1. Scripture, History, & Healing Ethics
This foundational module grounds every RD in the biblical, ethical, and historical roots of medicine. Students explore the healing laws of Genesis and Leviticus, the New Testament's healing models, and the relationship between sin and disease. The teachings of Yeshua are examined for their healing patterns and spiritual blockages, while the theology of the body brings together fasting, crucifixion, and resurrection biology. Medical ethics topics include pharmakeia, abortion, eugenics, and informed consent. Students gain a deep understanding of ancient healing traditions from Hippocrates to the Desert Fathers, all culminating in a prophetic lens on health, genetics, and purity in the end times.

2. Human Systems & Anatomy (MD-Level Coverage)
Students receive full-body anatomical education, with gross and microscopic systems, musculoskeletal structure, and all major organs and systems. Advanced training covers neuroanatomy with a focus on pineal, hypothalamus, vagus nerve, and trauma mapping. Embryology is taught with emphasis on spiritual inheritance and gut-brain wiring. Clinical physiology includes homeostasis, inflammation, endocrine function, and pH. Students also study pathophysiology, interpreting degeneration and regenerative pathways. Radiology and imaging are covered with a terrain-based lens to identify tumors, lesions, and system shrinkage.

3. Pathology of Modern Disease
This module reveals the collapse of modern health from a terrain perspective. Students study infectious disease through the lens of parasites, mold, viruses, and terrain theory. They analyze metabolic failure (e.g. diabetes, PCOS), immune breakdown (autoimmunity, MCAS, HIV), and explore fasting-based reversal pathways for cancer. Psychiatric illness is dissected spiritually and biologically, including trauma, bipolar disorder, and demonic affliction. Finally, neurodegenerative conditions like Parkinson's, autism, and Alzheimer’s are studied through the lens of heavy metals, inflammation, and barrier breakdown.

4. Advanced Labs + Diagnostic Competencies
RDs are trained to interpret labs with terrain precision: blood chemistry, hormone panels, thyroid function, and bile indicators. GI mapping and parasite detection via stool analysis are central. Hair mineral and heavy metal analysis is used for tissue-level insight. Students also learn trauma pattern mapping, physical exams (heart, breath, reflex, pupil, tongue), and interpreting black bile markers. Each student masters how to connect labs to visible terrain dysfunction and build protocols accordingly.

5. Therapeutic Modalities & Medicine Making
Students learn the core healing tools: fasting protocols, parasite detox, and metabolic resets. They study over 100 herbs and supplements with exact functions (glandulars, neurotransmitter builders, boron, binders). Terrain-based nutrition is covered with high-animal-protein, organ meats, and refeed science. External therapies include castor oil packs, poultices, baths, clay, and compresses. Students also receive instruction in sacramental remedies including holy oils, bitter herbs, and communion.

6. Mental, Emotional & Spiritual Trauma Care
This deep healing module trains RDs in biblical trauma unwinding: soul wounds, rebellion roots, generational curses, and soul fragmentation. PTSD is approached with somatic and vagus strategies. Inner healing combines confession, forgiveness, fasting, and reconnection. Addictions are addressed with dopamine repair and behavior reset. Students learn deliverance protocols rooted in Scripture and how to identify pharmakeia-based affliction. Neurotransmitter mapping is taught without pharmaceutical reliance.

7. Obstetrics, Pediatrics, & Women’s Health
Students master terrain-based birth care, from fertility to postpartum. Fertility detox, cycle tracking, and dietary preparation precede pregnancy. Birth protocols focus on fasting windows, bile-safe deliveries, and trauma-free labor. Pediatric care addresses the infant microbiome, breastfeeding, parasite strategy, and food intro timing. Women’s health includes endometriosis, PCOS, menopause, and hormonal regulation. RD candidates also complete doula and midwife certification under terrain safety principles.

8. Clinical Methods & Patient Care
Students are trained to intake patients with full terrain, trauma, and spiritual history. Protocols are constructed using timing, detox mapping, refeed phases, and flare tracking. Education includes emergency triage for bile crises, electrolyte rescue, and parasite overload. RDs build patient plans with meal guides, supplement cycles, and healing assignments. Case documentation, photography, symptom tracking, and publishable records are all required.

9. Clinic Building, Telehealth, PMA Practice
RDs are prepared to open their own clinics or franchises under PMA legal protection. Training covers clinic design, prayer room setup, intake flows, and patient waivers. Students learn telehealth system design, business models, membership options, bundled care, and clinical software. They leave equipped to scale care while protecting their rights and sovereignty.

10. Capstone & Residency
Final year includes a publishable capstone (protocol, case study, or biblical healing thesis of 1,000 pages). Students then complete 6–12 months of supervised residency in a home clinic, retreat, midwife program, or telehealth center. They must care for at least 12 supervised patients, document 5 full recoveries, and create 1 major breakthrough protocol. The program concludes with a written, oral, and practical exam administered by the Absurd Medical Academy Board.
